VixenVIP Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between VixenVIP Ltd ("VixenVIP", "we", "us") and you ("Creator", "you").

By registering as a creator on VixenVIP, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to the VixenVIP Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Verification

• You must be 18 years or older to become a creator

• Government-issued ID verification is mandatory

• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identification will result in immediate termination

Age verification data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Creators operate as independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of VixenVIP.

Nothing in this Agreement creates:

• Employment

• Partnership

• Joint venture

Creators are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.

3. Creator Accounts & Profile Types

Creators may operate:

Open / Public Accounts

• Free to follow

• Discoverable to unverified users

• Nudity prohibited unless locked behind PPV

Paid / Private Accounts

• Subscription-based

• Hidden from unverified users

• Nudity permitted

Creators are responsible for selecting the correct account type and complying with content rules.

4. Content Standards & Responsibilities

Creators agree that:

• All content is consensual and legal

• All individuals depicted are 18+ and verified

• They own or control the rights to the content uploaded

• Content complies with VixenVIP rules and applicable law

Creators must not upload prohibited content, including hate speech targeting protected classes, violence, or illegal material.

5. Extreme Language & PPV Requirement

The following content is permitted only when locked behind PPV and clearly described:

• Swearing and profanity

• Explicit sexual language

• Dark or taboo humour

• Roleplay and fetish speech between consenting adults

• Verbal degradation (consensual)

• Political opinions, satire, parody, and rants

Creators are responsible for accurate descriptions and appropriate warnings.

6. Content Ownership & Licensing

Creator-Owned Content

• Creators retain full ownership of their content

• By uploading content, creators grant VixenVIP a temporary, non-exclusive licence to host, store, distribute, display, and promote content for platform operation and marketing

VixenVIP-Produced Content

• Content created by VixenVIP staff (e.g. professional photoshoots) is owned by VixenVIP

• Creators receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use such content on their VixenVIP profile

7. PPV Content, Permanence & Expiry

• PPV content is blurred until purchased

• Only verified users may purchase PPV

PPV Permanence

• Purchased PPV content cannot be deleted by creators

• If creators wish to limit access duration, they must set a PPV expiry date at the time of posting

Failure to set an expiry means buyers retain access.

8. Pricing & Monetisation

Creators may monetise:

• Subscriptions

• PPV images and videos

• Music

• Tips

• Channels

Creators set their own prices within platform limits.

9. Revenue Share & Payments

• Creator earnings and revenue share percentages are displayed in dashboards

• Early-stage revenue share may be up to 65%, with planned increases

• Payments are subject to minimum payout thresholds and processor requirements

VixenVIP may adjust revenue share with reasonable notice.

10. Refunds, Chargebacks & Loss Recovery

• Purchases are generally final

• Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in deductions, suspension, or termination

• VixenVIP may recover losses caused by creator misconduct or policy breaches

11. Platform Availability & Maintenance

VixenVIP does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Creators acknowledge that content or access may be affected by:

• Maintenance

• Software updates

• Third-party service providers

• Force majeure events

Creators are encouraged to maintain backups of their content.

12. Platform Viability & Shutdown

If VixenVIP becomes financially unviable or ceases operations:

• Reasonable notice will be provided where possible

• Outstanding balances may be settled subject to processor rules

• Content and accounts may be removed after notice

VixenVIP does not guarantee indefinite hosting or earnings.

13. Suspension, Termination & Enforcement

VixenVIP may suspend or terminate creator accounts for:

• Breach of this Agreement

• Legal or regulatory risk

• Fraud, abuse, or safety concerns

Creators may appeal decisions through support.

14. Indemnity

Creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless VixenVIP Ltd from claims arising from:

• Creator content

• Misrepresentation

• Legal violations

• Breach of this Agreement

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• VixenVIP is not liable for loss of income, followers, or content

• VixenVIP does not guarantee visibility, success, or profitability

16. Amendments

VixenVIP may update this Agreement from time to time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Acceptance

By enabling creator features or uploading monetised content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Creator Agreement.

VixenVIP Ltd supports creator freedom within clear, lawful, and transparent boundaries.
