🔞 Age Requirement & Verification

Is VixenVIP 18+ only?
Yes. VixenVIP is strictly for adults aged 18 and over.

Do I need to verify my age?
Yes. All users must complete age verification before accessing or purchasing adult content. Creators must verify before monetising.

What documents are accepted?
Government-issued photo ID such as:

• Passport

• Driving licence

• National ID (where applicable)

How long is my ID stored?
ID data is stored securely for up to 30 days for manual verification, then permanently deleted.

👤 Account Types Explained

Open / Public Accounts (Free)

• Free to follow

• Discoverable to unverified users

• No nudity allowed unless locked behind PPV

• Ideal for flexible, non-nude or soft-content creators

Paid / Private Accounts

• Hidden from unverified users

• Subscription-based

• Nudity is allowed

• PPV is strongly recommended for explicit content

Creators can change their account type at any time in settings.

What can creators monetise?

Price ranges:

• Images & music: £1 – £500

• Videos: £5 – £500

Revenue split:

• Creators earn up to 65% (early-stage)

• Planned increase to 80% as platform costs and banking risk reduce

Why isn’t the split higher yet?
Adult platforms face high banking, compliance, and infrastructure costs. VixenVIP is transparent about this and aims to increase creator earnings as the platform grows.

🔒 PPV (Pay-Per-View) Content

What is PPV?
PPV content is blurred until purchased and can only be bought by verified 18+ users.

Why is PPV important?

• Protects creators

• Protects users

• Reduces chargebacks

• Allows content warnings and consent

PPV Expiry:

• PPV content cannot be deleted once purchased

• Creators who want content to expire must set a PPV expiry date at the time of posting

• This prevents users purchasing content that disappears

If you don’t want buyers to retain access, set an expiry.

🗑️ Content Deletion & Availability

• Free content can usually be deleted

• Purchased PPV content cannot be removed unless:

  • An expiry date was set

  • Required by law

  • Removed for policy violations

Platform maintenance & outages:
While we take all reasonable steps to protect content, VixenVIP is not liable for loss of content caused by:

• Third-party storage providers

• Technical failures

• Platform updates

• Force majeure events

Creators are encouraged to keep backups of their content.

Strictly Banned (No Exceptions)

• Illegal content

Extreme language must be:

• Clearly described

• Locked behind PPV

• Intended for consenting adults

How do I report content or users?
Use the report button on posts, messages, or profiles.

How is moderation handled?

• Manual review

• Context-based decisions

• Clear internal decision rules

Appeals:
Creators can appeal moderation decisions through support. Appeals are reviewed separately to reduce bias.

🧾 Legal & Compliance

Who owns the content?

• Creators retain ownership of their content

• VixenVIP receives a temporary licence to host, promote, and display content

VixenVIP-produced content:

• Content produced by VixenVIP staff (e.g. professional photoshoots) is owned by VixenVIP

• Creators receive a licence to use this content on their profile

🔁 Referrals

How does the referral scheme work?

• Earn 5% commission on everything your referrals make

• No cap

• Lifetime earnings

Referral links and QR codes are available in your dashboard.

💸 Donations to VixenVIP

Users may choose to donate to support platform development and maintenance. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

⚠️ Platform Viability & Continuity

If VixenVIP becomes financially unviable or must cease operations:

• We will provide reasonable notice where possible

• Active subscriptions may be discontinued

• Stored content may be removed after notice

VixenVIP does not guarantee indefinite storage of content.
